What is the Annual Fund and what does it pay for?
The Annual Fund provides for operating expenses, scholarship funds, library resources, technology improvements, faculty development and facilities management. It is also seen by many as a barometer of the state of the College:
- Many foundations and other grant making organizations consider the percent of alumni participation as a means of measuring a College's stature and stability.
- College guidebooks and recruiting organizations see the Annual Fund as an indicator of alumni satisfaction.
Alumni who support the Annual Fund at any level help support the internal operations of the College and augment all of the College's outreach activities; not to mention active membership in the College of the Atlantic Alumni Association.
The Quarter Century Club

The Quarter Century Club is a giving club designed specifically for COA Alumni. For the price of a pizza and movie, you can join the Quarter Century Club.
Here's how it works: You pledge to give $25 a year for 25 years. How simple is that? Just think — if every one of our alumni did this, we would have over $75,000 a year toward the Annual Fund. Quite a chunk of change for such an easy thing to do.
Why I Give to COA

"I believe there are many of us who treasured our years at this unique college and who strongly believe in its mission to change lives."
