Whale Museum-Whale Watch Celebrated Ariel Durrant is one of many to present senior projects in the form of gallery exhibits this spring. Her show, Spinal Tap, presents an array of "books" made from found objects.

Field trips include a variety of fun and educational activities:
Get wet and have fun exploring tide pools
Learn about tracking animals and create tracks to take home
Enjoy Dive-In Theater, a boat trip that takes you on a journey to the bottom of the sea without ever getting wet
Venture into the Gulf of Maine on a whale watch
Spot bald eagles, porpoises, seals and seabirds on a nature cruise
Take a field ecology hike in Acadia National Park
Other highlights of Family Nature Camp include optional sea kayak tours and a lobster dinner.
Returning Families - New activities include a sail on a four-masted schooner, a narrated nature cruise to the offshore fishing village of Frenchboro, and new and different self-guided hikes, walks, tours and activities suggested by program coordinators.
