Off Campus Access to Databases

You will need to create your own login from off campus for:

Marvel! (The Maine Databases)

The following databases require a name and password for off campus access.  Please contact Trisha Cantwell Keene in the library for username and password:  tcantwell@coa.edu or by phone at 207-288-5015 x211. Then select from:

Environmental Law Reporter

JSTOR

ARTstor*

NetLibrary*

*These databases also allow you to register on campus, create your own user login and then access remotely from any location.

NetLibrary - While on campus, go to NetLibrary home page and at the top left of the page select Create a Free Account. Here you may create your own id and password to use off campus to access Thorndike Library's ebook collection. You can also create lists of favorites and notes about individual ebooks. This is your own id and password and, by licensing agreement, is to be used only by you.

ARTstor - While on campus, you launch the ARTstor site (see red launch button on the right side of the homepage) and then register for a password. You may access ARTstor remotely as long as you have logged in from on campus within the previous 14 days.
