Class in COA's large organic community gardenOne aspect of this uniqueness is COA's small size of 280 students. If you've spent the last year or two at a large university, feeling invisible in huge lecture halls with 300 other people, you may find this number very appealing. Or perhaps you've been at another small school and would like to continue having professors who know your name and have time to meet with you one-on-one.

If you've been yearning for class discussions and a campus you don't get lost on, you've come to the right place. The student to faculty ratio at COA is 10:1 and the average class size is 15. Here it's impossible to be just a face in the crowd.
