The Student Activities Committee helps plan and organize events for students and the COA community. At weekly meetings, students work alongside staff to make decisions about what community activities are needed at COA, how best to allocate resources like the Student Activities Community Fund, and what we can do to improve student life at COA. From our charter: “The SAC is charged with enriching cultural life for the COA community in ways that encourage the community to come together.” Dedicated to building an inclusive and positive community, SAC works hard to bring students, faculty, and staff together for a wide range of experiences including concerts, workshops, dances, and potlucks.
