Counseling
We have three counselors holding office hours on-campus during term time on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Their schedules are as follows:
Lori Alley: Wednesdays, 10:00am - 1:00pm
Andrea Gabel-Richards, Thurs, 8:00 - 11:45am
Jonathan Appleyard, Thursdays, 1:00pm - 3:45pm
The Counseling Office is located on the first floor of Deering Common. Sign up sheets are posted outside the Counseling Office door. To maintain confidentiality, you can simply mark an "X" on the line next to your appointment time. After signing up for an appointment, you must call the counselor to let them know to expect you. Each counselor's phone number is written on the sign-up sheet. Please note that there is a $10 copay for each counseling appointment.
If a student feels they need counseling but cannot either make the scheduled on campus times or afford the copay, they should feel free to contact Heather Candon at ext. 271 or Sarah Luke at ext 305. Any information or request will be treated with the utmost confidence.
