Residence Halls - These are where first year students call home. While some returning students do live in these buildings as well, these tend to be restricted to Resident Advisors (RA) as most returning students move off-campus during their later years at COA.

| Cottage house, COA's smallest residence hall, is home to just six students, including the single resident advisor. This residence hall is substance-free, meaning that alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs are not allowed in the house. |

| Right down on the waterfront is Seafox, a two story house with single, double, and triple-share rooms available. This residence hall is substance-free, meaning that alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs are not allowed in the house. |
