Patches of Future Quilt:
Young people from around the world have produced a variety of wonderful
images of the world they want and the ones exhibited here are arranged by
key words concerning:
- themes (e. g. bird, school, car, janitor)
- origin by country (e. g. Russia)
- and other categories including the name of the creator of the image
and the medium of the image (e. g. paint, poem, story or essay)
If you want to find images relating to one of these you can simply arrow
down through the list below and click on any image of interest -- or you
can use the "FIND" function that is on the menu bar for Netscape
and look for any one of these themes, places of origin, or other category
listings.

Helen O'Donnell''s Patch WAR vs. PEACE "The Hiroshima
bomb compared to mother nature" My name is Hellen O"Donnell. I
like painting and drawing a lot. I've taken special art classes outside
of school and I feel that painting is a really good way to express yourself.
I also hike, bike, and do a variious other sports. I chose this image because
I am totally against war and the bombing of Hiroshima was one of the biest
mistakes that the U. S. ever made. I compared this to a tree because I feel
that mother nature is the most peaceful thing in the entire world. The tree
definitely symbolizes peace to me. I have access to the internet through
