Getting here:

I felt cold; the green landscape, the outdoor recreation places, and the coastline of Maine made me feel home despite the cold weather. I have survived two winters now and the next two will be “a piece of cake.”

Favorite class:

Edible Botany, Biology I&II, Physics II, Ethnobotany, Molecular of Cell Biology, Calculus III, Topics of Biomedical Research, Biochemistry, and Introduction to Economics and the Economy. However, I choose classes by taking what captures my attention and my focus here

Life on Mount Desert Island:

It is interesting when the sun is out, but it really feels cold.

Activities, traditions, celebrations:

Bar Island swim. I hope to participate in the swim before I graduate.

Passions & motivations:

A 5:00 Am morning run.

Adventures yet to come:

I am interested in Clinical Research and Public Health.

Best meal on campus:

I love Sea Urchin café.

I like the set up and the vibe of people that work there.

Smoothies and sandwiches are major keys to my daily mood.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

I don’t know. But they are both yummy!!
