This is my first year at COA, and I made my way here from my home in Northern Virginia. I have also lived in Spain, Russia, and the Republic of Georgia. I use she/her pronouns. Along with a deep-seated desire to travel the world, my passions include animals, photography, hiking, baking, speaking French, reading, writing, and watching old films. Frogs and salamanders will always have a special place in my heart, and I am super interested in studying herpetology. This fall I am taking Biology Form & Function and Introduction to Photography. It is a dream of mine to be able to combine my love of art with my love of science, and to use my artwork in the field of wildlife conservation. I am here in the writing lab because I love listening to people’s ideas and watching their imaginations come alive. I believe that everyone has something unique to say and a unique way of saying it. It is an honor to be a part of the process.
