Getting here:

My first week at COA, I went on a sea kayaking OOPs trip in the Stonington Archipelago. It was an incredible, intentional start to my time at COA, filled with new friends and views and long days (and a night) of paddling. The whole experience only reenforced how stoked I was to be here!!

Classes

HE Core Course, Intro to Contemporary Dance, and Economic Botany.

Favorite class:

My approach to human ecology:

Music + Queerness + Nature + Adventure = Human Ecology <3

Adventures yet to come:

Guiding canoe trips over the summer, writing and sharing my own songs, and doing whatever the heck feels good and right <3

COA might be the right college for you if...

If you have a lot of different academic interests that can’t really be woven into one discipline! Also if you love the outdoors; there’s nothing like being on a campus with Acadia Nat’l Park and the Atlantic Ocean as your neighbors.

Ephemera:

Sunsets from the pier!
