Board of Trustees fall meeting
The College of the Atlantic Board of Trustees meets quarterly to steer the long-term health and direction of the college. Activities may include:
- Evaluate and appoint leadership, such as executing transitions and voting on presidential appointments.
- Oversee sound resource management, including voting on the annual institutional budget, campus infrastructure plans, and investment strategies.
- Establish macro-level institutional policies that protect and enhance COA’s human-ecological mission.
- Engage with the college’s shared governance model, reviewing recommendations that emerge from the weekly on-campus
