Allied Whale

While Allied Whale is primarily focused on research, we offer a range of educational resources and services for students, teachers, and the public. From classroom materials to public lectures, our goal is to support marine science education at every level.

Allied Whale provides a range of educational resources to support learning and awareness about marine mammals. We publish an annual newsletter featuring the latest updates on marine mammal research and conservation efforts, and we maintain curriculum resource lists and reference materials specifically designed for educators. For those interested in deeper study, we offer bibliographies, reprints, and suggested reading materials. We also deliver public presentations and lectures on marine mammals and Allied Whale’s ongoing research.

To request a presentation or educational talk, email alliedwhale@coa.edu or call our office at 207-288-5644.
