College of the Atlantic Family Weekend takes place on Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend every year. October is a perfect time to be on Mount Desert Island. The foliage is gorgeous, campus is in full swing, and Bar Harbor has quieted down (a little!) from the summer tourist season. Whether it’s your first visit back, or you’ve been here many times before, we look forward to seeing you.
