What: Experience COA and Acadia first-hand! Admitted students and parents/guardians are invited to join us for two days of getting to know the college. 

Accommodations: You’ll find plenty of overnight accommodation options in Bar Harbor. Here are a few within a close radius that are open year-round or offer discounts for college-associated visitors.

Sunday
  • Campus tours
  • Q&A with faculty, students, and administrators
  • Field trips
  • Reception at COA’s Dorr Museum of Natural History
  • Lunch and snacks provided for admitted students and families, dinner for students only
  • Evening social event (for admitted students and current students)
Monday
  • Sit in on COA classes
  • Experience campus life
  • Breakfast and lunch provided for admitted students and families
