Registrar

COA has partnered with Parchment to deliver transcripts either electronically or in paper format. All transcripts should be ordered ONLINE, even those that will be picked up in the registrar’s office.

Official transcripts
College of the Atlantic transcripts can be ordered as single-page cover sheets or full transcripts.

A full transcript includes the cover sheet as well as course descriptions and narrative evaluations.

A cover sheet lists the student’s courses taken, credits attempted, credits earned, and degree conferred.

Unofficial transcripts
Current students can print unofficial transcripts directly from their student portal. Log in and go to “My transcript” in the menu on the left. Click here for a copy of the transcript key.

Fees
All transcript requests (single-page or full) are $5; mailing is an additional $2.50.

Processing time: 2-5 business days.

Please note: Transcripts will not be released if a student has an overdue bill in the Business Office and/or library.
